Contractor services to provide NOAA Fisheries Alaska Region Cook Inlet beluga whale documentation. This documentation is using inundation modeling and remote sensing data to study hydrodynamic and environmental impacts on the survival of Cook Inlet's beluga whales per the statement of work (SOW) in attached RFQ NMFS AKR-10-0802-2G.
