Napa County has determined that all Prime Contractors on the Napa County Replacement Jail Project, PW 20-100 must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid on the project. The engineer's estimate for the Project is approximately $90,000,000. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor that has failed to comply with these requirements of this Notice to Bidders.
