The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors for a Contract to Provide and Install Groundcover and Shrubs at various City Locations as described herein. Interested bidders must log in and download complete bid specifications available under the “Documents/Attachments” tab. One (1) signed original and one (1) copy of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the time and date specified in the bid document. Bids submitted by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.
