Subject:  Request for Proposal (RFP) #5P2PGH-10-0055 for "Contract Management for COTRs" Training, three (3) day (July 27-29, 2010) course in Chicago, IL

 

Dear Interested Contractor:

 

You are invited to submit a proposal for the subject project in accordance with the attached RFP documents.

 

Receipt of your proposal at the Acquisitions Management Division- 230 S. Dearborn Street, 36th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604, or electronic submission to [email protected] by 2:00pm (Central Standard Time) on Tuesday June 8, 2010 is required for consideration. 

 

We intend to award the project as soon as possible.  You are encouraged to submit your most comprehensive proposal and lowest price initially because the project may be awarded without negotiation.

 

The following information must be completed and submitted in its entirety with your response:

 

  1. Pricing for this 3 day training courses to be conducted in Chicago, IL, July 27-29.  Class times will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
  2. Pricing for a class size of up to 25 participants.
  3. Pricing to include the cost of participant materials and any travel required for the instructor.
  4. A list of potential instructors with their credentials and two (2) references from the past 12 months.  Instructors with construction or building management experience are strongly preferred.
