Notice of intent to extend performance under N65236-98-D-7812 for a six (6) month period beginning 31 Jan 2004 through 31 July 2004, on a sole source basis, to BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc., 1601 Research Blvd., Rockville, MD 20850-3173. Also included in this notice is the Government?s intent to increase the ceiling by an estimated $40 million. Services currently being provided are for engineering development, prototyping, design, procurement, configuration, installation and implementation, maintenance, logistics, and life cycle support of Physical, Electronic, and Computer Sensor Systems (PECSS) programs. Programs include efforts in the following areas: Electronic Sensor/Security Systems (ESS); Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and other Monitor and Control (M&C) applications; Information Systems Security (INFOSEC); and remote sensor and application technology.
