SPAWAR SYSTEMS CENTER, SAN DIEGO intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification with TD&S Associates, Inc. of State College, PA under the existing contract N66001-99-D-8620. This modification will extend the ordering period of the existing contract through 31 March 2004. There will be no increase in ceiling and no increase in total labor hours. This action will be issued as a sole source modification under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 6.302-1. This is not a request for proposals, and a solicitation is not available.
