This DRAFT solicitation is for the procurement of Continuity of Operations (COOP) Support Services which is an information technology based command, control and communications (C3) system that provides for informed decision making, status monitoring and communication ability linked to the Army Commands (ACOM), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), and Direct Reporting Units (DRU).

Please note that this DRAFT solicitation is being released in order to provide potential offerors the opportunity to review the solicitation and ask questions prior to official solicitation release. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Nordell, Contract Specialist, via e-mail to [email protected] no later than 10:00 a.m. EST 19 August 2016. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed.

Depending on the amount of questions received, a final solicitation is expected to be released on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or before 29 August 2016 (estimated). Quotes submitted prior to official and final solicitation release will not be accepted. Questions requesting additional details on the release of the final solicitation on FBO will also not be addressed.
