This is a Request for Proposal and is issued as a small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Class Code (SIC) is 8999, NAICS Code 711510 and related Small Business Standard $7,000,000.00.  All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD).  Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award.

All quotes are due on or before 1530 (3:30pm), Eastern Standard Time (EST), Wednesday, 28 September 2011.  Electronic quotes are acceptable.
