The City of Toledo received a U.S. EPA Coalition Assessment Grant and will be selecting a team of environmental consulting firms to complete environmental assessments, remedial plans, and other eligible activities in Toledo, Ohio and Lucas County. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS Online bid submission is preferred. Paper Sealed proposal must be submitted to the address listed below, the package clearly labeled on the outside “Consulting Services for the City of Toledo’s U.S. EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant”. All bids must have the required Professional services Project Paperwork (located on the Documents & Attachments tab of this bid) and proposal in order to be deemed responsive. Forms with Bid Submission City forms must be filled out and attached to the bid: Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Conditions Contract Specifications; Toledo Municipal Income Tax Compliance; Public Utilities Compliance; MBE Good Faith and Goal Commitment; EEO Form; Primary and Subcontractor Forms and Debarment and Suspension Certificate.
