Sealed proposals will be received by Johnna N. Timmes, Executive Director Instructional Services, at the District Office, 5825 NE Ray Circle on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 by 5:00 PM. Late proposals will not be accepted. Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279A, 279B and 279C.
