AMENDMENT 0001 - Deadline for Offers is hereby extended to June 5, 2020, 1600 Pacific Time.

The USDA Forest Service, Prescott National Forest, Verde Ranger District has a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for Service – Solar Array Repair at Verde Ranger District Office, 300 E Highway 260, Camp Verde, AZ 86322.

The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) format.  This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.  The Small Business size standard is 16.5 Million under NAICS code 238210. 

The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.  Payment and Performance bonds will be required after contract award.  No bid bond is required.  In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov .   DUNS and business email is required to enroll in SAM.

A Site Visit Pre-Quotation Meeting has been scheduled for May 7, 2020, 10:00 A.M at the Verde Ranger District Office, 300 E Highway 260 Camp Verde, AZ 86322.  The intent of the project consist of providing all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and incidentals for the repairs to both the stationary and tracking photovoltaic systems located at the Verde District Office. 

The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on beta.SAM website Contract Opportunities on or after April 24, 2020.
