Denver Water is soliciting Proposals for construction and property maintenance services (“Work”) for various properties near Deckers, Colorado. Generally, the Contractor shall provide interior and exterior property maintenance, construction, repair, and demolition services. As part of the Two Forks Reservoir project, Denver Water purchased numerous properties outside of the Denver metropolitan area predominately located throughout Deckers, Trumbull, Marchville, Swayback, Sheeran’s Glen, Nighthawk, Longview, Dome Rock, Mountain Valley Acres, Foxton, and Cloud Crest near the Pike National Forest. These properties are approximately an hour and a half drive from downtown Denver. Located on most of these properties are residential buildings, some of which are leased to full-time residents, and the others are rented for vacation or recreational purposes. Other structures include garages, sheds, and commercial buildings (restaurant, fly-fishing shop, convenience store, etc.). Denver Water has been undertaking property maintenance services for these properties by entering into non-exclusive contracts with various vendors.
