The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new requirement for windows to be replaced at the Londonderry Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) located at 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry, NH 03053-7413. The contactor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the Specification Of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction – Size Standard of $39,500,000.00.

The period of performance for this requirement shall be 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance: Londonderry AFRC located at 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry, NH 03053-7413

**Quotes shall be valid for 120 Days.**

THIS IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

- Change the Period of Performance under Solicitation W15QKN-20-R-5039 from 90 Calendar Days to 180 Calendar Days from the Notice To Proceed Date.

- Incorporate PWS Section 11.4.2. No openings shall be left in the building overnight during the w inter months as the interior pipes w ill freeze when the w indows are in the process of being replaced.

- The facility WILL NOT be vacant during the w ork performance due to this being a fully functioning facility year round.

The Government shall not be receiving anymore questions under Solicitation Number W15QKN-20-R-5039, effective 17 June 2020 COB.  All questions that the Government answers shall be posted here once they are answered by the customer.
