The Project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals and performing all Work required to construct complete in-place and ready-to-operate approximately 154,193 CY of excavation, 15,292 CY of structural fill; 321,871 SF of low permeability linear base, 304,815 SF HDPE geomembrane and 347,546 SF leachate collection layer material; 1,334 LF of leachate collection pipe; 415 LF of dual-contained HDPE force main; leachate sump station; 1,557 square yards of all-weather access road, and erosion and sedimentation control items.
