MEDFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE COBBLESTONE VILLAGE SCHOOL PROJECT Proposals Due 2:00 p.m., April 14, 2020 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 20-00-05 Notice is hereby given that proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District at the Facilities/Purchasing Office, located at 815 S. Oakdale Avenue, Building A, Medford, OR 97501 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2020. There will be no pre proposal meeting. The Medford School District 549C (Owner) solicits proposals for a construc tion firm interested in providing Construc tion Manag er/General Contractor (CM/GC) services, as that term is defined in ORS 279C.332(3), for the Cobblestone Village School Project. The Medford School District 549C is under taking a remodel of the existing Cobblestone Village Complex for a new High School and Administration Buildings. The buildings are located at 1237-1263 N. Riverside Ave., Medford, OR 97501. The Medford School District 549C will retrofit the existing Cobble stone Village campus in order to re-purpose the site for Central High School and District Offices. Construction will occur in several phases as current tenants relocate. As part of the project, we will renovate seismic, fire, safety, and structural needs.
