NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to perform Construction Management Services for the Lemmon Drive Project. The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County (RTC), in coordination with the City of Reno, Washoe County, and the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), is currently in the final design phase of the Lemmon Drive Project (Project). The Project will widen Lemmon Drive from four (4) lanes to six (6) lanes from US 395 to Military Road, and construct a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at the US 395/Lemmon Drive Interchange.
