The Greater Peoria Mass Transit District (GPMTD) is seeking proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Maintenance and Administration Facilities construction and renovation project located at 2105 NE Jefferson Avenue, Peoria IL, 61603. The scope of work/specifications is outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The successful Proposer shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments. The RFP, which includes the procurement schedule, may be obtained by downloading the document from GPMTD’s website found at www.ridecitylink.org/resources/procurement under ‘Current Projects’. All interested contractors should complete an Interested Proposer Registration Form (contained in the RFP) and submit to the listed person, via e-mail. Acceptance of any proposal/bid is subject to concurrence by the Illinois Department of Transportation and the United States Department of Transportation. Any contract resulting from these proposals is subject to financial assistance contract between the GPMTD and the United States Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation.
