The City of Flagstaff (Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs or Proposals) from Arizona licensed Contractors (Contractor) to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Design Phase and Construction Phase Services to: Coordinate with Design Professionals selected by the Owner and assist in: (1) the design of the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport – Snow Removal Equipment Building Project (Project); and (2) to construct the Project. The Project consists of constructing a Snow Removal Equipment Building at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (Airport). The Project will be delivered through the CMAR Design Phase and Construction Phase alternative project delivery process.
