The City of Santa Barbara is inviting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide services during the construction of the Westside Community Paseos Project (Project). The term construction phase, as it pertains to this Request For Proposals, shall mean the Project's pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases. The services to be provided by the Consultant shall include construction management, observation, monitoring, inspection, labor compliance, and monument preservation services.
