The City is seeking a qualified proposer to provide technical professional Construction Management and Inspection Services related to the proposed Metz/Orchard Park including but not limited to: park construction, new building construction, site demolition, skatepark, splashpad, earthwork and site grading, utilities, electrical facilities, playgrounds and exercise area, landscape, and irrigation installation, electrical facilities improvements, concrete improvements, and parking lot improvements.
