The Town of Bloomfield is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk for the purpose of construction management services for a new Prosser Library and addition and renovation of McMahon Wintonbury Library. All Construction Manager firms submitting proposals must be pre-qualified as a Construction Manager at Risk (Group B) as defined in the CT DAS Contractor Classification List.
