The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately five (5) inspectors and one (1) TA, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following project: ECMS # 26623- Bituminous resurfacing and widening near Rodeo Drive to accommodate a new left turn lane and signal into the western side of Rodeo Drive from Lebanon Church Road. The project will also include upgrades to drainage facilities, signals, median, signing, and ADA facilities as well as concrete patching and other miscellaneous work, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 2040, SECTION A22, in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, WEST MIFFLIN BOROUGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The project being situated as follows: From the Buttermilk Road & MacArther Drive intersection at Segment 0170/0298 to the Ceco Drive intersection at Segment 0100/0101 Offset 0298/0129.
