The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately four (4) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following project: ECMS # 74980- For the bituminous pavement, drainage, signing and pavement marking, and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 541 linear feet (0.102 miles), as indicated on the drawings approved in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 1001 SECTION A60 (Main Street), in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, SHARPSBURG BOROUGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: From the intersection of Fifth Street at Segment 0060 Offset 0547 (Station 97+50) to a point approximately 100 feet past the Eighth Street intersection at Segment 0060 Offset 1247 (Station 104+50) in Sharpsburg Borough. Additional paving and drainage work to be completed on local roads from approximately 300 feet south of SR 28 in to the ALCOSAN outfall into the Allegheny River approximately 1000 feet south of SR 0028 in Sharpsburg Borough.
