The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to construct new underground cable for fiber optic communication for the Elbe and Vader areas. Work includes the use of District provided materials as well as that supplied by the Contractor. This project utilizes state and federal grant funds and specific requirements will apply to bid responses.
