The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to construct approximately 320,000 feet of aerial cable and 20,000 feet of new underground cable for fiber optic communication for the Elbe Project and 225,000 feet of aerial cable and 59,000 feet of new underground cable for fiber optic communication for the Vader Project. Work includes the use of District provided materials as well as that supplied by the Contractor. This project utilizes state and federal grant funds and specific requirements will apply to bid responses.
