Request for Proposals The Osage Nation will receive bids for the Wahzhazhe Connect Western Boundary Project in Pawhuska, OK 74056. Bid packets can be obtained from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office. Please contact Kiersten Dailey at 918.287.4118 or via email [email protected]. Bids must be received on or before 11:00 AM November 6, 2023 at the Treasury Office of the Osage Nation, 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056 and publically opened and read aloud at 11:15 AM in the conference room 206. A pre-bid conference will be held at ­1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK conference room 206 on October 23, ­­2023 at 1:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. A Zoom link with be provided and virtual attendance is accepted. Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
