The project includes the construction of a skatepark, site work, utilities, demolition and landscaping at the property located @ 6255 Old Warwick Road as detailed in the project plans and specifications. Construction services shall include, but are not limited to all prime, subcontractor, and supplier services necessary to provide complete turnkey management and delivery of the project. Typical areas of construction work will include, but are not limited to, skatepark concrete construction, domestic water line installation, storm drainage, site electrical, athletic field turf installation, athletic equipment installation, landscaping, and selective demolition.
