This is a solicitation to construct sidewalks and conduct an unexploded ordinance survey at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland (JBSA-LAK), Medina Annex TX.  This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns.  This NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $15,000,000.

SITE VISIT  

A site visit will be conducted at Building 950, JBSA-LAK, Medina Annex TX on 4 September 2015 at 8:30 AM, Central Standard Time.  All parties interested in attending shall submit their request not later than 2 September 2015 at 3:00 PM, Central Standard Time to [email protected]  in order to process access to JBSA-LAK, Medina Annex TX.  Requests shall include the names of the individual who will be in attendance and include the company name, their dates of birth, and state identification or driver's license numbers (include the state of issuance).  Failure to submit required information by 2 September 2015 at 3:00 PM, Central Standard Time will result in the individual's denial of access to base.  All parties shall meet at :

There will be a brief meeting to go over site visit ground rules, and then the site visit will proceed to Bldg 950, JBSA LAK, Medina Annex.
