b. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation.

c. This solicitation is conducted under the LCS program and w ill result in a contract betw een the Government of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the contractor. ROK will directly pay the contractor. No appropriated funds of the United States (US) shall be obligated for payment due under this contract. See Section L, Instructions to Offerors, for submission requirements related to LCS solicitations.
