In existing lab room contractor to add a wall, door, ceiling, window, and paint to make an office per the plans and specifications included in this solicitation. Work to be performed during regular working hours and days. Inspections required from State Building Code Bureau coordinated through contractor, paid by Owner. Licensed electrician required. State Electrical Board to perform inspections coordinated through contractor. Estimated project period is to begin upon bid award with completion by June 17, 2022, or as determined by the Project Manager at the pre-construction meeting.
