The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Businesses, SBA certified HUBZone Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with current and relevant experience, personnel and capability to perform "Construct AATTC Pavillion" located at the 139^th AW, Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, MO 64503. A Brief Description of work includes: The contractor shall provide the necessary, personnel, equipment, transportation, and materials required to construct a 38' x 22' pavilion with concrete flooring, split face block columns, wood trusses with standing seam metal roof and electrical outlets and lighting. Additional concrete patio area with two government provided/contractor installed expanded metal tables inset in concrete. Two options consist of 6' wide sidewalks along existing running track. All work performed shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, ANG policies and regulations, and a Performance Work Statement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institution Building Construction.  The small business size standard is $36.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 05 July 2019, 12:00 p.m. Central. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Contractor Information Form (attached) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included.  Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
