This is a Notice of Intent from the Naval Air Systems Command, Aircraft Division (NAVAIR AD), Patuxent River, Maryland to contract using other than full and open competition basis with Consona CRM, Inc. of Indianapolis, IN to provide KNOVA software maintenance. The contract’s period of performance will be for one base year and four option years. This contract will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a follow-on to the following procurements: (1) Contract N00421-07-C-0001, Purchase order N00421-07-P-0871, and Contract HC1028-08-P-2192/N00019-08-MP-3031 for continued KNOVA software maintenance.
