The Air Force 49 Civil Engineer Squadron (49 CES) and the 49th Contracting Squadron (49 CONS) is currently seeking sources for a supply requirement for Consolidated Dispatch Upgrade to a Monaco D-21 System at Holloman AFB, NM.

This is a small business set-aside Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the 49 CES and the 49 CONS to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. Once the government determines the type of contractor eligibility that will be solicited for this requirement, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on this website. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the forthcoming acquisition is 334290. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 49 CES and the 49 CONS to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with upgrades to the existing Monaco D-21 system at Holloman to include installation of new dispatch operations area at primary and redundant locations, and removal of existing redundant system. Firms responding to this sources sought notice are also requested to provide the 49 CONS with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum:
