The Government intends to a award a sole-source contract to Oakwood Solutions, LLC dba The Conover Company for Conover Online Professional Software Renewal, consisting of Success Profiler, Winning Colors, Bullying Prevention Programs, Anger Management Program, and Personal Responsibility Program Software.

FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(c) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and name brand descriptions.

This purchase will be awarded as a lowest price technically acceptable purchase order without discussions.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
