Containers are to be New.
No rollup door on the side, but the side open door. The whole 20 foot
side should open as well as one end.
We do have equipment to off load them once they are delivered.
This is not a Hiubzone set aside. This is a total small business set aside. A modification will be uploaded to correct that and the due date will be extended until 25 August at 4:00pm CST.
