DESCRIPTION: NSN 3040-01-155-3204 - "Connecting Link, Rigid" being bought in accordance with The Boeing Company (Cage 82918), P/N 65C18552-502, Ameritech Die & Mold (Cage 5HPY1), P/N 65C18552-514, and Downey Manufacturing (Cage 98315), P/N 65C18552-514. The required quantity is 390 each, with 142 to be shipped to (W62G2T) Tracy, CA, and 248 to be shipped to (SW3211) Oklahoma City, OK. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required.

Based on Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capabilities to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

This solicitation will be a total small business set-aside. This solicitation will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 02/28/2011. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A complete item description is attached.

The required delivery for quantity of 390 each is 275 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.

Notice: This solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated.
