Amendment #1 - On the Schedule of Items, this amendment provides the "Level of Difficulty" assigned to Item No. 01 (Lop and Scatter, Item 0003 of the IDIQ Contract).  The Level of Difficulty is determined to be:

Item 0003AA - Level I - The amount of slash to be lopped and scattered averages less than 12 tons per acre.  Reduce slash to the extent that it is within 12 inches of the ground at all points.
