This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price Open Market Order to CQ-Roll Call, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 519110 and the size standard of less than $7Million in revenue during each of the three proceeding years. 

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR AND NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVALIABLE. Interested parties have one (1) Calendar Day or until October 19, 2010 at 11:00AM EST.  Responses should be submitted in writing, to the identified point of contact, with clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide the required services.
