The Regional Contracting Office- National Capital Region Marine Corps Base (MCB) has a requirement for the CQ.com.  CQ.com is an online data source for congressional activities used by this command to obtain information on congressional activities that pertain to MCB.  The period of service is a twelve (12) month subscription.  This is an unrestricted requirement.  A sole-source, firm fixed price contract is anticipated.  It is intended that this requirement will be awarded to CQ.Roll Call Inc., 77 K Street N.E., 8TH Floor, Washington District of Columbia 20002.  The proposed contract action is for services which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519190.  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to Competitive Proposals.  A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiniing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Interested organizations may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications to Josephine Smith at [email protected] no later than 20 Nov 2013 by 1:00PM EST.  Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.  Information concerning SAM registered requirement may be viewed at https://www.sam.gov.
