SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS Renewal for access, onsite training, and support of up to 21 assigned users for CQ.com and CQ Budget Tracker. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting, Philadelphia Office (FISCN) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, on a sole-source basis, with Congressional Quarterly for 1 year (12 months access, onsite training, and support of up to 21 assigned users for CQ.com and CQ Budget Tracker. Service will be for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy. This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.106-1. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
