Notice Summary Marion County currently uses Cobblestone Software's Contract Insight for the county's Contract Management System. The County originally purchased the software in 2015. The software allows county assigned administrators complete control over the configuration aspects of Contract Insight. The Contracts and Procurement staff manage the configuration of Contract Insight. In February 2016, Cobblestone Software's Implementation Manager came to the county and provided 3 days of onsite training. Since 2016 the county has been using the system as it was originally configured. The county continues to apply patches and software updates as they are released. In discussion with Cobblestone and other government users of Contract Insight, the method in which the county uses Contract Insight is outdated. Contract Insight has capabilities to automate internal county processes and allow departments to complete 100% of their work within the system and create a public portal, which is essential during the current COVID-19 pandemic, to work and communicate closer with our supply community. Excluding the manager, the Contracts and Procurement section has had turnover with staff from the original implementation team, thus losing the knowledge behind the configuration of the Contract Insight. Cobblestone Software's Implementation Manager will provide 261 hours of upgrading system configuration, review and create 35 workflows, configure the public portal, and configure VISDOM AI. The county is seeking services for configuration and upgrading Cobblestone Software's Contract Insight the county's Contract Management System. If your firm is able to provide system configuration services for the software or if you have questions, please contact Camber Schlag at
