The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 16-08A, Sheets 1 through 4, Specifications, and Contract Documents). The general items of work include, but are not limited to: construction of approximately 450 feet of an asphalt concrete pavement bike lane and adjacent decomposed granite equestrian trail, with an approximately 200 foot section of combined equestrian/bike brick pavers pathway, the removal of a pepper tree and section of a concrete swale, minor grubbing and grading, installation of modified driveway approach, sidewalk and pavement repair, minor striping, and the placement of trail and directional signage, per specifications.
