This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice.  This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid.  Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to install and test approximately 1700 feet of conduit in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-580-01 dated 21 November 2024, current Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards and manufacturer's installation recommendations.  A new DuraLine SDR 11 FuturePath Hybrid, (3) 1-1/4 dia & (3) 18MM OD/14MM ID, 6-way. w/ (2) Ripcord & Tracer Wire conduit (e.g. DuraLine Vendor Product #10012859, Graybar NFR 10012859 and Millennium # 200-750163).  The conduit will be directionally drilled across five locations at Dobbins ARB Georgia.  Upon completion of this contract, the Government will be connecting DuraLine to the Duraline installed under this contract.

Work consists of but is not limited to provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet this requirement.  All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished.

Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to Install and test approximately 1700 feet of DuraLine SDR 11 FuturePath Hybrid conduit in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-580-01 dated 21 November 2024, current Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards and manufacturer's installation recommendations at Dobbins ARB, GA.

NOTE: IAW FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by the Contractor, the contractor shall be required to perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 15 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
