This is a combined synopsis solicitation for Conductivity Parts- Cells, Meters, Cords, Sensors, and Mounting Kits.  This requirement is Brand Name or Equal.

1.  Make sure there is a Point of Contact Name, Email, and Phone Number on your submittal.

2.  RETURN ALL paperwork requested (RFQ & any attached forms).

3. Company quote document is OPTIONAL. The RFQ and vendor info sheet must be returned.
