This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. The proposed action is for non-severable commercial project to conduct a NHP study using a dengue tetravalent purified inactivated vaccine (TPIV) with a novel adjuvant, and then challenge NHPs with wild type live viruses to evaluate enhanced immunogenicity and efficacy. Period Of Perormance will be for 20mos from award date.
