The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division is conducting market research for potential sources for a new condenser (heat exchanger).  A brief description is as follows:  one (1) FDW heater and AFT 100,000 gallon/day condenser (LH) is required (P/N: 649-07664-000 05).      

This Notice constitutes a Request for Information only.  This is not a Request for Proposal and in no way binds the Government to any contractual obligations as a result of any responses to this request, nor does it restrict the Government's acquisition approach.

Vendors are urged to study the above requirements carefully before responding to this Notice.
