The County of Mercer requests bids to furnish and deliver concrete and additives for the County of Mercer and the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. The Contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend one (1) year based upon the index rate. The County reserves the right to award up to two contracts based upon the total for concrete and additives for delivery of less than four cubic yards and delivery of four cubic yards or greater.
