The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA/OAR/ARL/ATDD, has a requirement for replacement batteries for existing U.S. Climate Reference Network (USCRN) research sites. We require the following Concorde Sun Xtender batteries.

Concorde PVX-1040T Sun Xtender, 12 Volt, 104 Amp Hour Battery - 40 each

Concorde PVX-3050T Sun Xtender, 6 Volt, 305 Amp Hour Battery - 10 each

Concorde PVX-1530T Sun Xtender, 12 Volt Battery - 14 each

Concorde PVX-12150T Sun Xtendter, 2 Volt Battery - 6 each

Quotes should be made separately for each battery. If there are any technical questions, you may contact our Engineer, Brent French, at 865-607-1359. This requirement is unrestricted, on the basis of full and open competition. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer on the individual item part basis. A good faith estimate of ground shipping via truck with lift gate service to our facility located at 456 S. Illinois Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830 should be provided, as only actual shipping costs confirmed by freight weigh bill and invoice will be reimbursed. If handling charges or fees are included, they should be a separate line item. 

The required delivery date is 30 days on receipt of order. Vendor must be currently registered in the (CCR) Central Contractor's Registry and (ORCA) Online Representations and Certifications.
