This is not a request for Quote. This is a Notice of the Government's Intent To Issue A Sole Source Award Contract to Reed Elsevier, Inc. dba LexisNexis to provide 400 concurrent user licensing of Concordance, 400 concurrent-user licensing of Casesoft Suite and LAW PreDiscovery licensing, both concurrent-user and standalone user licenses. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting soliciting from a single in accordance with FAR 13.106.1(b) on the basis that the Federal Trade Commission know of no other entity that can provide the required data sets. The FTC intends to issue a contract to Reed Elsevier, Inc., dba/LexisNexis, 9393 Springboro Pike, Mainisburg, OH 45342-4425 in an effort entitle Reed Elsevier, Inc., dba/LexisNexis 400 concurrent user licensing of Concordance LAW.

All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government Reponses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide those services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award.
