The City of St. Cloud (City) is requesting proposals from parties who would be interested in operating the Concession at the City of St. Cloud Lakefront. This encompasses the lease and operation of the concession for a negotiated number of years with options to extend the lease after initial term in accordance with this request for proposal. The City welcomes innovative business plans for food concession services in combination with equipment rentals (such as chairs, beach umbrellas, various sundry items etc.) and/or motorized or non-motorized vessels. The terms of any lease or contract resulting from this RFP will be negotiated with one successful proposer.
